ONLINE CLASS — MACHINE APPLIQUE BASICS

This class will help you to learn the basic of machine applique by working through the steps to create a sample piece. This is not a project class. What you will make is shown in the photo above.

You’ll learn how to trace a design onto fusible web and cut it, prior to fusing it to your desired fabric and stabilizing the back ground. We’ll talk about your sewing machine, how to choose your stitch, setting up your sewing machine for success will be taught. All of the little details of stitching around the applique will help you get comfortable with machine applique so you can have confidence for future projects.

I provide the items that you need for the sample in the kit, with the exception of scissors and matching threads – including my book, The Ultimate Applique Reference Tool, which is the textbook for the class. If you already own the book, you will still need to order the kit.
